Handlebar Hot Wing Sauce Recipe

In a large sauté pan, sauté the onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon of butter on med-high heat. In a separate sauce pot, add the remainder of the butter on medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add the sautéed onions and garlic to the melted butter as well as the remainder of the ingredients. Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and allow cooling for 5 minutes. Once cooled down a bit, add to a blender and liquefy. In a separate bowl, add the cooked wings and as much sauce as you like. ENJOY!
